🦷 TOOTH SELECTION – HOW IT WORKS
When your impression kit arrives, it will include a Order Form. This form helps us know exactly which tooth or teeth you want your custom grillz made for.
✅ WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO FILL OUT:
- Diagram Use the diagram to mark the exact tooth/teeth you want grillz on, and clearly show the left or right side.
- Design Details Let us know your chosen design, material, or finish (e.g. gold, silver, diamond cut, etc.).
- Add Notes Write any extra info or custom requests – the more details, the better.
- Your Info Include your full name and contact details so we can match your form with your order.
- Signature Don't forget to sign the form.
Note: Images are just for reference. You can choose any tooth position and mix and match designs for the top and bottom sets to create your unique style. Please complete your form fully before sending back with your mould.

🛒 Option 1: Order a Moulding Kit Online
- Add to Cart Select your custom grillz and add the moulding kit to your cart.
- Get Your Kit in the Post We’ll send your moulding kit to your address with step-by-step instructions.
- Send Us Your Impression Take your teeth impression and complete your order form at home, then return it using the details provided.
- We Craft Your Grillz Once we receive your mould, we’ll begin creating your custom grillz.
📍 Option 2: Book an In-Person Moulding Appointment
- Book Online Choose a date and time that suits you via our booking system.
- Visit Us for Your Mould Come to your appointment and we’ll take your teeth impression for you.
- We Craft Your Grillz After your in-person mould, we’ll start creating your grillz.
Note: If you have an in-person appointment, ordering your grillz online is optional. If you do order online, just bring your order number to the appointment.

🦷 Moulding Kits
Once you place your order, your moulding kit will be posted the next working day if ordered before 4pm.
After we receive your completed mould, your grillz will take 15–20 working days to create.
⚡ Need Them Sooner?
We offer Fast Track Services for an additional fee:
- 3–4 Working Days – £60
- 7 Working Days – £40
Please make sure to read our Fast Track Terms & Conditions before purchasing. Fast track only applies once we have received your mould.

Terms and conditions
- Product Images All images shown are examples only and may not exactly match your custom grillz. Every piece is made to fit your unique teeth and may vary slightly in look or finish.

Moulding
- In-house moulds: If any fitting issues occur, we’ll remake your mould free of charge.
- Customer moulds: All grillz are made based on your mould. If your mould arrives and it’s not suitable for production, we’ll inform you before starting so you can take another mould.
- Once production begins, any fitting issues are non-refundable, as each grill is made from your own mould.
- You may need to use Fixodent (approx. 20% chance) to help hold your grillz in place due to the custom fit.
- No Returns or Refunds All grillz and patterns are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. Any damage or breakage caused by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced. Each item is quality-checked before shipping.
- Order Time & Delivery Production starts after we receive your approved mould or design. Usual turnaround: 15–20 working days. We’re not responsible for delivery delays once your order is shipped.
- Customer Responsibility Please double-check all details before confirming your order. Incorrect info, moulds, or designs cannot be refunded or changed once production begins.
