Terms & Conditions: Please note that we do not offer any returns or refunds once grillz have been purchased. All products are quality checked before sending out to each customer. Any damages or breakages caused by the customer are non-refundable or replaceable. All mouldings done by Ice Bank that have any problems at fittings can be replaced free of charge. All mouldings done by customers can not be replaced or refunded and orders are final. Please note that there is a 20% chance you might be required to use fixodent to hold the grillz in place as each product is custom to the customer.

Next Day Shipping is not provided for dispatching moulding kits or grillz. However, you have the option to add next day shipping for grillz once we receive your mold back. It's important to be aware that any losses incurred during standard postage are non-replaceable or refundable.
